Q: How far in advance can I book Sets?
A: You can book sets up to 12 Months in advance
Q: Where will I pick up the Golf Sets?
A: For Airport Pick-Ups, we will meet you at the Arrivals Meeting Point at the Airport, when your flight arrives, as we track your flight in case of early or late arrival.
Q: For Cruise Terminal Pick-ups, we will be waiting for you at the Cruise Terminal at the time chosen.
A: If you have selected one of our destinations in Portugal or Spain, you will be required to pick up the set(s) at the address stated on your Booking form or Set(s) will be delivered to your Hotel/Accommodation only by prior arrangement with us.
Q: What happens if I want to extend the Hire Period?
A: Please make contact with us at least 24hours prior to your Scheduled Drop Back Date/Time as per your Booking Form and we will endeavour to process your request. However we cannot guarantee this, as the set(s) may be scheduled for another booking.
Q: Is Insurance Optional?
Insurance is Option, but we would strongly recommend that you take out Insurance cover. It is a small price to pay for peace of mind in the event of a club being damaged, lost or stolen.
Q: What happens if I break, lose or a Club is stolen?
A: In the unlikely event that you break, lose or clubs are stolen, you need to make contact with us immediately by telephone. In the event of Stolen Clubs, you will need to make a statement at the Local Police Station.
Q: If I have a Special Request, can it be facilitated?

Q: Can we book our Golf Tee Times for us?
A: Yes, we have discounted rates with most Golf Courses in Ireland and we can provide you with a competitive quotation, Please E-mail us with your preferred selection of courses, date and preferred time of play.
Q: Can you provide Transport to our Hotel/Accommodation
A: Yes, we have a fleet of Mercedes Cars and Mini-Buses that can bring you or your group to your Hotel or Golf Course at Competitive Prices. Please E-Mail us for a Tailored Quotation

A: Yes, you can get a Golf Lesson from our PGA Professional in advance of your round or you can even play a round of Golf with our Pro! Tips and Advise on how to improve your Golf Game
Q: What happens if we book our Golf through your site and the Golf Course is closed for play?
A: If the Golf Course is closed for Play due to Adverse Weather Conditions or any other unforeseen circumstance,
we will refund you the cost of your round.
